I have always seen and felt energy as long as I can remember. My formal journey of discovery began in the late eighties with learning Reiki. I have learned many modalities and taken numerous certified courses since then. Some of them are … Sound Healing, Medical Mediumship, Journey through the Akasha, Hands of Light DNA Activations, courses in Alchemy, Shamanism and studying plants. My true schooling is my life, I am always learning, growing and changing.

It has been a winding, wild road full of many experiences which all contribute to who l am today. I didn't always understand my gift of acute sensitivity.

I have been deep into my emotional waters to integrate my full spectrum of being. To find balance and harmony within my mind, body and soul in a non ordinary way. I share from my own experiences and the tools from many modalities l continue to pick up along the way. My work is all about calling back and stepping into your own power, remembering yourself as a sovereign light being, understanding and taking care of your energy.
